This is the story on a man who just wants to make people laugh.
Works on a comic for about 6 solid hours.
He uploads it onto Deviant Art, a place he's been apart of for 10 years and an active member for about 6 of those years, yet has a rather small following when comparing to other members who've been on for, say, only 4-5 years.
This man goes to sleep because he's tired and also expects there'll be comments in the morning.
He wakes up and as expected finds about 8 comments.
Goes about his day
By chance sees his comic on another site like funnymama AND GODDAMN JOYREACTOR WITH A BILLION F**KING COMMENTS!!
WHY AM I EVEN DOING THIS!!?
Look, people upload my stuff to other sites, I get that, I don't expect acknowledgement for doing fan art and comics on someone else's creations, but if you're going to be that guy that uploads my stuff else where, at least leave me a flipping comment. It's very annoying seeing one of my images getting more views and comments in a place I don't even visit, then in the place I personally uploaded it to.
My most/only popular image is my Pokémon Generation Girls fan art which has the most comments at 737! To put that in context, some guy uploaded that very image to his Google + account and already has 120 comments. plus.google.com/11567741348012…
At least link back here, or something! Geez.
